The Box or the Frame you Choose!

During this age of the BOSS woman, being inside the box has taken on various meanings. There was a time when we would correlate being in the box as something that was and still is trying to constrain us from greatness. Being in the box makes you face your limitations, your voids in life and helps you recognize people who say they are with you but are not

Everywhere you turn in the box, there seems to be a wall. The box is usually brown, and viewing the brown box from the inside could be depressing if you look at it too long. Staying in the box can also give you a false sense of safety. The danger of staying in the box is that you may be in there alone. Sometimes friends may visit you in the box, but they too have felt their limitations, and they are looking for an exit route out of their box. So, to get in with you and your box may seem fun and exciting for a little while; however, the time will come when reality hits and they realize they just traded one box for another.

The same principles apply when you look at a frame. A frame having four sides could also feel limiting. Constraining you to four corners that seem edgy yet paralyzing, no matter the décor’ on the outside of the frame, you may feel boxed in the four sides. However, when analyzing the box and the frame, the two have a lot of similarities, but the frame has an entirely different distinction.

To come out of the box, you literally must find your way out. You must reach deep into the depth of your soul and begin to understand who you are, tap into your strengths, and identify the gifts in you that can help you come out of the box.

Let’s look at the frame…

I want you to know and understand that greatness has a framework. According to Hebrews 11:3, the worlds were framed by the word of God. Wait, what? Am I telling you that was God in the box? No, my sister, my brother, God used the frame. What am I telling you? God used structure. Oh my, I just stepped on my toes.

Within the confines of His word, He framed the world. He put everything in place, in order, and within the frame; there was room for it all! So, what’s stopping you from framing your world?

A friend of mine was recently married. For a wedding gift, I had them a portrait made. Interestingly enough, the artist wanted me to pick out a frame. So, I went to a frame store. I thought this would be a simple task but let me tell you, it was a whole experience. There are thousands of different types of frames; gorgeous, bold, simple, and elaborate. As I stood in the middle of the world of frames, I realized that even the shape of the area for the frames was a frame. But guess what, I never felt boxed in.

Yes, I had to find my way out. We created the FRAME your World Experience for several reasons. But the main reason is to provide you with support and accountability. During the next 12 months, we will meet monthly, and you will have access to our private Facebook page and be a part of a community that will help you frame your world!
